Your AI assistant is smart. Meal Possible helps it remember you.
ChatGPT and Claude are great at answering food questions. Meal Possible is where your recipes, your meals, and how you have been feeling actually live. Connect the two and you get one helper that is both clever and familiar with your kitchen.
What general AI is already great at
Tools like ChatGPT and Claude are genuinely good company in the kitchen.
It can answer almost anything
Ask why oats might upset your stomach, or how to swap butter in a recipe. You get a clear answer in seconds.
It thinks on its feet
Change your mind halfway through and it keeps up. No forms, no menus, no starting over.
It talks like a person
You type the way you would text a friend, and it understands what you meant.
But on its own, it starts over every time
A chat window is a great brain with no notebook. Here is what goes missing.
It forgets you
Close the chat and most of what you shared is gone. Tomorrow you explain your allergies all over again.
It has never seen your recipes
The dinners your family actually likes live in your recipe box, not in a chat window.
It cannot see what you ate
Weeks of meals, symptoms, and notes are the real story. General AI is guessing without them.
It has nowhere to put the plan
A great meal plan in a chat is still just words on a screen. It is not on your calendar or your grocery list.
Meal Possible is the memory
We hold on to the things a chat window cannot. Not just for today, but month after month, so the picture keeps getting clearer.
Your recipes
Everything you have saved, tagged, and rated - with ingredients and allergens already sorted out.
Your food history
Meals you logged, how you felt, symptoms, and cycle notes, kept day after day so patterns can show up.
Your plans and lists
Meal plans and grocery lists that stay put, so a good idea turns into dinner on Tuesday.
Your rules
Allergies, diet stage, and restrictions for every person in your house - applied every single time.
Put them together and you get both
Your assistant keeps its clever answers. Meal Possible hands it the notebook.
ChatGPT or Claude
The thinking, the ideas, the plain-English answers
Meal Possible
Your recipes, your history, your plans, kept safe over time
An assistant that knows you
Advice built on your real week, saved where you can use it
Talk to it like a person. It files everything in the right place.
No forms, no dropdowns. A meal, a symptom, a question about last week, a change to the plan - one sentence each, and it lands in your food log, your symptom log, or your calendar where it belongs.

Or just watch — it cycles through real examples.
Say what you ate, the way you would say it out loud.
food·body·where they meetSaving anything needs the matching permission ticked in AI client access. Reading and writing are separate switches, and you hold both.
Rather not connect anything? You do not have to.
Meal Possible comes with its own AI assistant built right in. It already knows your recipes, your plans, and your history, and there is nothing to set up. Plenty of members never use anything else.
We also know some people already live inside ChatGPT or Claude and pay for it. If that is you, bring your own. Same data, same memory, your favorite window. Use one, the other, or both.
One link, and a door you control
Meal Possible speaks the Model Context Protocol, or MCP - an open standard that modern AI assistants use to work with apps you already trust. It is the same idea as plugging a lamp into a wall socket. The socket is standard, so anything built for it fits.
You copy one link from Meal Possible and paste it into your AI app. The app sends you back to us to sign in and tick what it is allowed to see. From then on, whenever you ask a question about your food, your assistant quietly asks Meal Possible for exactly what it needs - and nothing more.
Nothing is shared until you say yes, and you can change your mind whenever you like.
Quick start: connect in about a minute
You need a Meal Possible account and an AI app that supports custom connectors. That is it.
- 01
Get your link
Sign in to Meal Possible and open AI client access from your profile. Copy the link you see there. That one link is all you need.
- 02
Paste it into your AI app
In Claude: Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. In ChatGPT: Settings, then Connectors, then Add. Paste the link and save. Some apps require a paid plan for custom connectors.
- 03
Say what it may see
Your AI app sends you back to Meal Possible. Sign in if it asks, tick the things the assistant is allowed to see, and click Allow.
- 04
Just ask
Try asking what you ate this week, or asking it to plan your meals for Monday. If it answers from your real data, you are connected.
Good to know
- You pick what is shared. Recipes and meal plans are one choice; your food log, symptoms, journal, and cycle notes are separate choices only you can make.
- You can change what a connection sees, or disconnect it completely, at any time.
- When a new connection is approved, we email you - so nothing gets connected quietly.
- It works with Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, and any other app that supports MCP.
Common questions
What is MCP?
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It is an open standard that lets an AI assistant talk to an app you already use. Think of it as a doorway between ChatGPT or Claude and your Meal Possible account, with you holding the key and deciding what fits through it.
Do I need ChatGPT or Claude to use Meal Possible?
No. Meal Possible has its own AI assistant built in, and it already knows your recipes, meals, and history with no setup at all. Connecting an outside assistant is for people who already use one and would rather stay there. You can use both.
What can my assistant see?
Only what you tick. Recipes, ingredients, meal plans, and grocery lists are the everyday stuff. Your food log, symptoms, journal, and cycle tracking are separate permissions that you grant on your own, and you can take any of them back later.
Can it add things, or only read them?
It can do both, if you allow it. With permission, your assistant can log a meal, add an item to your grocery list, write a journal entry, or fill in part of a meal plan - and those changes show up in Meal Possible right away.
Does it cost extra?
Connecting your assistant is included with your Meal Possible account. Some AI apps require their own paid plan before they will let you add a custom connector, which is between you and that app.
How do I disconnect?
Open AI client access in Meal Possible and click Disconnect on the connection you want to remove. Access stops right away, and the assistant can no longer reach your data.
Which assistants work with Meal Possible?
Claude, ChatGPT, and Claude Code work today, along with any other AI app that supports the Model Context Protocol. Because MCP is an open standard, new apps that adopt it will work too.
