Terms of service
Effective October 20, 2025. Please review carefully before using Meal Possible.
1. Acceptance
By creating a Meal Possible account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Meal Possible on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Appropriate use
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with other users, or attempt to access non-public systems. Meal Possible is intended for lawful meal planning and nutrition management purposes only.
3. AI data usage & privacy
We use AI to analyze your food photos, understand your meal preferences, and provide personalized recommendations. Your privacy is paramount: we do not train our AI models on your personal data. Your meal logs, photos, health tracking data, and conversations remain private and are used solely to deliver services to you. We never sell your data to third parties or use it for purposes beyond providing you with a personalized meal planning experience.
4. Subscription & billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time from your account settings page.
5. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the recipes, images, and notes you add to Meal Possible. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for delivering the service.
6. Limitation of liability
Meal Possible is provided 'as is.' We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages under any legal theory. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Updates
We may update these terms to reflect new features, regulatory changes, or product improvements. We will notify you via email or in-app notifications when significant updates occur.
